Feedback

3.JPG

In this graph is giving us feedback on how we compare with our competitors. We wanted to make it very open-ended so they can think of a company that is doing something similar or related to our work or reference the competitors mentioned in our video. 83.2% of students feel that we are making an effective push to promote representation but 18.8% disagrees. To work on this feedback we’re going to broaden our forum, such as disabled people including the blind, short people including those suffering from dwarfism and people transitioning. We want people to know how much we’re passionate for representing communities that aren’t getting the attention they need. In conclusion, we’re doing a sufficient job at promoting representation but there’s room to grow and improve.

This graph is asking the audience if Closet Culture is more inclusive with the fashion industry than our competitors Dapper Q, Braille Codes Brands Inc, and Torrid. The response we received was 50.2% chose Neutral, 31.6% chose to Agree, 9.8% chose Strongly Agree, and less than 9% disagreed/strongly disagreed. Based on this information it seems the audience didn’t know enough information about our platform because of the amount who chose Neutral. It is our priority to add more information about Closet Culture and our competitors. This would make it easier for the audience to either agree or disagree.

Evaluation

In the first question, the vast majority of our sample was neutral or agreed that we were more inclusive than our competitors Torrid and DapperQ. Then, the second question most said was effective in promoting inclusion by targeting our subgroups. Afterward, our third question concluded that users agreed/strongly agreed that we’re involved in our community by joining forces with local brands. Moving forward, my group and I have decided to alter our service in the following ways; add more subgroups for a wider audience, figure out how users can directly buy their products from our site, and connecting with more brands. In conclusion, our data collection was successful in helping us access our company.
